So according to NBC's Season 4 Premiere Live Chat, Greg Daniels has in fact addressed Marjorie's presence:

Who is that lady in the background sometimes?
Her name is Luanne, she is a background player. I go back and forth about her. Sometimes I think that it was more realistic to have some people you didn't know about in the office, but as the seasons progressed and we learned so much about everyone, it got increasingly weird to see this nice woman wandering through scenes.

Dave: What's the explanation then for her disappearing?

Greg: What?

Dave: I mean, in the continuity of the show...

Greg: Oh, look, another question just came in.

This only adds fuel to the ever burning fire that flames the Marjorie conspiracy. At least we can rule out the theory that she's a ghost on the Office set. For now.

Let it never be said that we are not true Office fans, for we even watch the reruns on TBS, (Season 2 is the best season) and I noticed Marjorie lingering and eavesdropping when Jim's confessing his crush to Pam.

BOO YAH! Marjorie, we understand why you've been M.I.A. season four, it's disappointed us too. Come back for season five!

Hot Girl (Not Katy)

Look beyond the blinds to catch a glimpse of the mysterious maiden in this one. Maybe she works as Katy's partner in the purse selling business.

So the lady beihind the blinds was the one that we initially caught, but vailfiregirl and her awesome Office screencaps from Such-A-Dork pointed out some more blatant screen shots of mysterious ladies: a possible Marjorie and a lady from the pilot.
